    Job description

    Job Overview:
     
    Pay Range: $57.48hr - $62.48hr

    Requirement/Must Have:

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology.
    • Strong proficiency in writing and executing SQL.
    • Working knowledge of Data Warehousing, ETL processes, and Data Security concepts.
    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
    • Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.

    Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of IT experience required.
    • Experience supporting enterprise applications and data warehousing solutions preferred.
    • Experience with Oracle ERP modules including Finance, Project Accounting, Procurement, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay preferred.
    • Experience with Oracle R12 (12.2), Oracle 19c databases, PL/SQL, SQL, and Linux preferred.
    • Experience supporting system upgrades, deployments, and technology enhancements.
    • Experience with application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
    • Experience participating in project planning, execution, and support activities.
    • Experience maintaining documentation, audit records, and disaster recovery artifacts preferred.

    Responsibilities:

    • Demonstrate understanding of business applications, processes, and supporting technologies.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with leadership, business users, vendors, and IT teams.
    • Oversee deployment of application customizations and enhancement requests.
    • Ensure adherence to system development, change control, and compliance standards.
    • Coordinate and assist with investigation and resolution of support and technical issues.
    • Collaborate with infrastructure and application support teams to resolve incidents.
    • Participate in system upgrades, deployments, and technology expansion initiatives.
    • Maintain and improve application cybersecurity posture through system updates and maintenance.
    • Manage small to large-scale projects including planning, scheduling, risk identification, and stakeholder communication.
    • Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize support and testing activities.
    • Collaborate with IT architects to define and maintain application roadmaps.
    • Maintain ITIL artifacts including CMDB records, support documentation, architecture diagrams, and knowledge base articles.
    • Support audit, compliance, and disaster recovery activities.
    • Pursue continuous learning to stay current with evolving technologies and job requirements.
