    Position: Senior Net Revenue Analyst
    Location: Houston, Texas, 77002
    Category: Non-Clinical Professional

    Salary:$99,000-$130,000
    Vendor fee:$3960-$5200
    Job Summary
    Responsible for performing complex financial analysis assignments, specifically related to reimbursement issues. This position contributes to the accuracy of system-level net revenue reporting in financial statements and develops impactful analytics. The role supports the organization's understanding of net revenue performance drivers and promotes innovation and value addition. Reports to Director, Net Revenue.
    Note: Experience with Kodiak (Crowe) software is required. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
    Minimum Qualifications
    • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred concentration in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics); advanced degree preferred
    • Licenses/Certifications: CPA preferred
    • Experience / Knowledge / Skills:
      • Minimum 7 years of work experience in net revenue
      • Revenue accounting knowledge and experience required
      • Analytical skills sufficient for providing net revenue observations
      • Working knowledge of net revenue and reimbursement structures from commercial and government payors
      • Experience retrieving data from systems such as Excel, Lawson, EPSI, and Crowe RCA
      • Effective oral and written communication skills
    Principal Accountabilities
    • Serve as a lead-level analyst; mentor and resource to less experienced staff
    • Support monthly financial close processes, ensuring data accuracy, trend modeling, and variance explanations
    • Prepare journal entries and reconciliations
    • Analyze and interpret financial data; identify trends for management decision-making
    • Contribute to accounting reserve methodologies
    • Prepare schedules for external financial reporting, including auditors
    • Understand revenue cycle dependencies and reimbursement sources impacting net revenue performance
    • Prepare managed care contract performance trending reports
    • Collaborate with departments across the organization, including finance executives
    • Contribute to cross-departmental projects and net revenue software implementations
    • Stay informed of government and commercial reimbursement and regulatory changes
    • Actively participate in the Crowe RCA user community
    • Promote professional growth through continuing education and skill development
    • Demonstrate commitment to delivering safe, caring, personalized, and efficient experiences
    • Perform other duties as assigned
