    Commercial Flooring Estimator
    The Organization
    ConstructionExecs is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established commercial Our client contractor in the Atlanta market. Our client is seeking an experienced Estimator / Preconstruction professional to support ongoing commercial work and contribute to a disciplined estimating process.
    Core Responsibilities
    • Estimate Preparation: Prepare accurate estimates for commercial Our client projects
    • Document Review: Review architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents
    • Takeoffs: Perform digital takeoffs and quantity calculations
    • Scope Tracking: Track addenda and scope changes issued by general contractors
    • Bid Assembly: Assemble complete bid packages for submission
    • Project Handoff: Support awarded project handoff to operations
    • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal preconstruction and leadership teams
    Candidate Profile
    • Estimating Experience: Experience in commercial construction estimating
    • Trade Experience: Our client or specialty trade experience preferred
    • Document Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret construction documents
    • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Software Proficiency: Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel
    • Communication Skills: Professional written and verbal communication skills
    Qualifications
    Experience with commercial Our client systems, including carpet, LVT, hardwood, tile, stone, and underlayment assemblies, is a plus.
    Compensation & Performance
    • Salary Range: Competitive base salary, typically $60,000 to $100,000 depending on experience
