Our client is a well-established commercial electrical contractor in South Fulton with a long history of delivering complex electrical construction projects across Our client. Known for its collaborative culture, operational discipline, and commitment to quality, the company specializes in commercial, institutional, and industrial electrical systems.
Core Responsibilities
Our client is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to develop budgets and cost estimates from conceptual design through construction documents. This role plays a key part in preconstruction planning, pricing strategy, and project success.

Senior Electrical Estimator
The Organization
Our client is a well-established commercial electrical contractor in South Fulton with a long history of delivering complex electrical construction projects across Our client. Known for its collaborative culture, operational discipline, and commitment to quality, the company specializes in commercial, institutional, and industrial electrical systems.
Core Responsibilities
- Budget Development: Develop electrical budgets during SD and DD phases
- Detailed Estimates: Prepare detailed takeoffs and CD estimates
- Document Review: Review drawings, specifications, and conceptual documents
- Pricing Evaluation: Evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Risk Identification: Identify scope gaps, risks, and cost opportunities
- Value Engineering: Provide value-engineering recommendations
- Collaboration: Collaborate with design teams and project managers
- Cost Data Maintenance: Maintain estimating benchmarks and cost data
- Estimating Experience: Strong electrical estimating experience in commercial construction
- System Understanding: Understanding of electrical systems and construction methods
- Budgeting Experience: Experience with conceptual budgeting and CD estimating
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency with Accubid, Conest, Bluebeam, or Procore
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills
- Trade Background: Electrical trade background or engineering experience
- Estimating Experience: Experience estimating from design through construction documents
