Our membership base consists of ComEd/Exelon, Northwestern Medicine, and Northwestern University employees and students, as well as a 14-county community charter including Streeterville, Evanston and Rockford.We are currently seeking a Financial Services Coordinator (a/k/a Senior Teller) for our Streeterville Branch.Primary responsibilities include:Provide internal sales support to the Financial Services Department.Provide excellent member service to credit union members and guests.Multi-task and receive and complete work through a variety of channels, including online, telephone, in-person, mail, fax, etc.Provide Teller line support and accept responsibility for branch balancing, cash ordering and ATM reconciliation.Attention to detail in completing reports, projects, etc. in an accurate and timely manner.Analyze, audit, and report on personal bankers' pending lending applications and new account opening and onboarding (follow-up).Audit, input, and process new member welcome packets.Prepare and deliver Truth-in-Lending initial disclosures, Adverse Action Notices, withdrawn loan surveys, thank you notes, follow-up letters, etc.Knowledge of First Northern' s consumer/personal banking deposit and loan products and services.Expected to understand all of the Streeterville Branch operations and the support needed to maintain operational efficiencies.Refer members to personal bankers for new products and services.Administrative, clerical and data entry, filing, mailing, scanning, and other duties as assigned.Assist FSA with Loan application (reviewing and booking)Qualifications include:You must enjoy working with peopleSolid communication skills are requiredProficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.High school diploma (or the equivalent)Banking/Financial Services experience is preferred.
