Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Generate and identify new sales opportunities through research, outbound prospecting, and relationship development
- Build and maintain customer relationships by managing day-to-day shipping needs and communication
- Match customer demand with transportation solutions and pricing for freight-related inquiries
- Develop strategies that drive increased sales growth and long-term partnerships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication and problem resolution
- Organize and manage daily shipments to support Circle Logistics' "No-Fail Service" commitment
- Collaborate with internal teams on pricing strategy, account implementation, and service execution
- Learn market trends and provide customers with innovative logistics solutions
What You'll Need:
- Sales, customer service, hospitality, athletics, or logistics experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with or ability to quickly learn TMS and CRM platforms
- Above-average proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and multitask effectively
- Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Competitive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Willingness to occasionally be available after hours or weekends if needed
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
