Job description

Chick-fil-A -Inventory Specialist Needed

Inventory Specialist Team Member Responsibilities:

Checks truck receipt against inventory that was delivered to the store.

Ensures all inventory that was ordered was delivered by the supplier.

Put all items from the truck up in its respective place in the store.

Organizes all inventory in the store including but not limited to: combining any like product when necessary, cutting down boxes to save space and make product easily accessible, etc.

Submits any documentation, electronically or physical, needed to get credit for product not received.

Borrow product if needed from other stores.

Perform any daily, weekly or monthly cleaning that is needed.

Conducts end of month inventory count.

Rotates product according to first in, first out.

Supports the vision of the operatorand communicates with the leadership team inventory that did not arrive on the truck or is missing.

Demonstrates the knowledge of products, services, and sales promotions offered to assist customers and team members.

Demonstrates the ability to welcome guests through sharing eye contact, speaking enthusiastically, smiling, andstayingconnected until the end of the guest experience.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and report maintenance issues
  • Follow Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Cheerful, positive attitude with a love for serving others
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Flexible schedule availability
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs daily
  • Capable of standing for extended periods
