Job description

A well-established, growing private orthopedic practice in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks a full-time Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with strong knee and shoulder expertise and capability to manage comprehensive upper- and lower-extremity care.

Position summary:
You will deliver both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic care, focusing on knee and shoulder pathology, sports-related injuries, degenerative and traumatic conditions, and general upper- and lower-extremity disorders. The role offers independence to build and grow a high-volume practice within a collaborative, physician-led environment and includes practice support from a strong referral network and established rehabilitation partners. Clinical work occurs in modern outpatient and surgical settings.

Compensation and benefits:

  • Base salary range: $300,000–$600,000 annually
  • Significant productivity bonuses with substantial upside

Requirements:

  • MD or DO from an accredited institution
