About Photogenic and Cherry Hill Programs

Since 2001, the core of Photogenic is creating unique souvenir photography solutions.  As the Souvenir Division of Cherry Hill Programs, the Photogenic team brings the magic to every experience by capturing moments that last a lifetime.  In partnership with retail locations, tourist attractions and destinations across North America, our company contributes millions of holiday and souvenir experiences for children and families, year after year.

Being a part of the Souvenir Leadership team is all about setting an example for our team and taking pride in demonstratingour Photogenic values. In addition to fulfilling the duties of Sales Associates/Photographers, leaders in this role will assist in overseeing the daily operations of your venue, support members of your team and drive performance goals forward. If you strive to continually learn, build your strengths and lead by example, this is the position for you!

All Employees at PGI:

  • Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
  • Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
    • Photography experience not required
  • Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
  • Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
  • Operate POS system and photography equipment
  • All other tasks as assigned

Our Shift Leads Will:

  • Do everything on the list above for all employees!
  • Lead by example by following all policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager
  • Train on opening and closing duties at assigned venue (Leads may be asked to complete these duties on a temporary basis or for smaller shifts/locations within the venue as needed)
  • Support leadership to maintain daily operations as scheduled
  • Report policy or procedure violations to the Manager on duty
  • Assist with training new team members as needed
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • All other tasks as assigned

Our Supervisors Will:

  • Do everything on the list above for Leads!
  • Enforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager
  • Perform regular opening and closing duties at assigned venue
  • Oversee daily activities of team members and assign appropriate tasks and assignments
  • Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled
  • Train new team members and Shift Leads, and assist with recruiting as needed
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management when needed
  • All other tasks as assigned

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Team player who can work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling

Knowledge, Experience & Skill

  • Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
