About Us
Our capabilities cover a full suite of millwrighting services, including installing, setting, aligning, and leveling machinery and equipment, as well as dismantling, refurbishing, reassembling, and moving. Additionally, our expertise covers close tolerance and precision alignment, as well as fabrication, concrete construction, and industrial HVAC solutions.
Job Summary
Plans, estimates, and designs construction sheet metal projects.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and review project plans, requirements and specifications
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to coordinate a team to develop an estimate
  • Determine labor and equipment costs
  • Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing
  • Understand project logistics and project schedule
  • Understand all bid documents and assess project risks
  • Review quotes and estimates with the project team
  • Prepare estimates and different levels of completion (conceptual, schematic, DD, CD, etc.)
  • Orchestrate pre-construction duties and meeting with owners, clients and engineers
  • Serve as company interface between owner & architect
  • Responsible for developing leadership motivation, and communication with owners, subs and project team

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or the equivalent (GED), plus five years experience in related field and/or Bachelor's degree (preferred) as well as working on projects ranging from one hundred thousand to five million dollars, advanced computer skills with estimating software, self-directed, self-reliant and resourceful, extensive knowledge of construction costs and engineering principles, and understanding of sheet metal, duct work and misc. metal concepts.

Physical Demands
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
Ability to use Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Solid Works and other mechanical drawing programs.
