    Position Overview

    We are seeking a Administrative Program Analyst to provide dedicated staff-action support to the customer. This role owns the end-to-end DM&A tasking workflow, including tasker entry, tracking, document distribution, and repository management, in direct support of the Joint Staff and Office of the Chief, NGB.


    The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience managing electronic tasking systems and correspondence in a DoD or federal staff-action environment.

    This position is contingent upon contract award.


    Responsibilities

    • Operate the established ETS for DM enter, track, and route taskers in support of Joint Staff and Office of the Chief, NGB staff action requirements.
    • Screen, accept, and route new DM&A tasks; establish suspense dates and OPR assignments.
    • Review completed products for quality, format, and completeness prior to submission for coordination-level review.
    • Package and distribute DM&A documents; manage the DM&A document repository and conduct supporting research.
    • Provide status updates, reminders on due/overdue tasks, and procedural guidance to DM&A stakeholders.
    • Close completed tasks in CATMS and ETS, confirming final action and coordinating routing closure with internal/external offices.
    Requirements:
    • 5+ years of experience in staff-action management, correspondence coordination, and electronic tasking/workflow systems.
    • Demonstrated experience managing document repositories and conducting research in support of staff action processing.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
    • Familiarity with ETS/CATMS, DoD staffing processes, and executive correspondence standards (preferred).
    • Must have active SECRET clearance.
