    POSITION SUMMARY
    The Program Therapist provides clinical services and coordination of care for individuals seeking outpatient services at Quail Run Behavioral Health. Services include therapeutic treatment skills training to achieve an optimal level of emotional health, basic consultation, psychoeducation, specialized clinical therapy services for clients/families receiving care, crisis intervention, short-term family therapy and information and referrals as needed.
    Qualifications
    Job Requirements
    • Doctoral or Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Counseling, Social Work, or a clinical related mental health field.
    • Program Therapist prefers a minimum of two (2) years' experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; must have strong clinical assessment skills.
    • Program Therapist must be licensed in the state of Arizona in social work, counseling or clinical related mental health field. Required Licensure: LCSW, LPC, LISAC or LMFT Preferred. Minimum requirement: LMSW, LAC. LSAC or MSW. MSW must obtain licensure for LMSW, LAC, LSAC or clinical related mental health field, within 90 day of hire date.
    • Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card or be able to obtain within one month of employment.
    Quail Run Hospital is a 102-bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in Phoenix, Arizona. Quail Run features individual units for adolescents, adults, and seniors, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. On average, over 10,000 patients receive care from our compassionate health care team each year at Quail Run.
