Location: Aitkin, Minnesota
Pay Rate: $56/hr
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per week
Experience: Occupational Therapy experience preferred

About the Role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel contract opportunity in Aitkin, Minnesota. This role supports rehabilitation therapy services in a clinic-based setting, helping patients improve function, independence, and quality of life through hands-on therapeutic care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy to improve functional ability, mobility, and daily living skills
• Support patients across outpatient, home health, long-term care, or skilled nursing settings as assigned
• Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and care plan updates accurately
• Collaborate with therapy teams, providers, patients, and families to support rehabilitation goals

Requirements

• Active Minnesota Occupational Therapist license required
• Occupational Therapist experience in rehab, outpatient, LTC, SNF, or home health preferred
• Strong patient assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills required
• Must be available for Monday-Friday daytime schedule with flexibility as needed
• Ability to provide compassionate, hands-on therapy focused on restoring function and independence required
