Celestar Corporation is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) under the United States Army Counterintelligence Command (USACIC) Analytical Support Contract. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years
LOCATION: Fort Meade, MD
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI

Responsibilities:
• The Deputy Program Manager shall assist the Program Manager in managing project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers.
• Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities.
• Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems.
Required qualifications/skills:
• Minimum education and years of experience requirements for the following:
o High School Diploma: 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
-OR-
o Associates Degree: 10 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
-OR-
o Bachelors Degree: 8 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
-OR-
o Masters Degree or higher: 6 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
