Cedar Park Group is seeking experienced Painters in Orange County, NY. This role is ideal for skilled painters with strong painting and drywall installation experience who can work efficiently, safely, and independently on active job sites. Requires travel to different locations in Orange county, Westchester County and Rockland County
Schedule/Shift:
Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Requirements (Mandatory & Desired)

• RRP (Renovation, Repair, and Painting) certification required
• OSHA 10 certification required
• Experience with surface preparation, patching, sanding, priming, and finish painting
• Experience in installing sheet rock and trim
• Ability to work with brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a crew
• Ability to work safely and efficiently on active construction sites

Responsibilities

• Perform painting and preperation of interior of homes
• Prepare surfaces through sanding, scraping, patching, and priming
• Apply paint, coatings, and finishes using appropriate tools and methods
• Maintain clean lines and high-quality finish standards
• Protect surrounding areas and maintain a clean work environment
• Remove outlet/switch covers, bulletin boards, paintings etc.
• Installing sheetrock, plastering mud and taping, FRP and trim
• Follow all OSHA and jobsite safety requirements
• Work efficiently to support project timelines and deadlines
