Full Stack Software Development Engineer - (Junior) Herndon, VA, $90,000-$140,000 - depending on experience and qualifications TS/SCI clearance Full-Time, W-2 Employment Competitive depending on relevant professional skills and experience. Expected salary range is $90,000-$140,000 depending on experience and qualifications. 3+ years of relevant professional experience for Junior Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related discipline. Current / active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph or willingness to take one. Background investigation required, including a minimum of a criminal and credit check as well as at least three professional references. Client seeking a Full Stack Software Development Engineer to support the development and integration of various intelligence capabilities into a test and subsequently operational environment. We are principally looking for someone who is good at creating dashboards, monitoring system health, and automating things. Grafana, ELK Stack, dashboards, are all critical skills. As a Full Stack Software Development Engineer, you will be a vital part of our team, contributing to the design and implementation of advanced software solutions. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers to develop your skills and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of software development. This team is building innovative software using mathematical solutions to support users in the defense and intelligence communities. These positions are ideal for both recent graduates and experienced individuals in the software engineering field, they offer a chance to grow and explore different technologies within a dynamic AI-driven environment Principal Responsibilities: ● Automation • Creating dashboards • Monitoring system health Minimum Requirements: • Must be a US citizen with a current TS/SCI clearance. • Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering or related STEM field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience. • Experiences with any of the following: Java, C++, Python, Vue.js, React, Kafka or similar, Git, ELK*, Grafana*, Prometheus, Bash, Linux, Dashboarding* (* denotes critical skills) • Experience developing containerized micro-services. • Experience Developing Front end Web applications • Experience Developing Backend services that use API's or a message bus to communicate. • Experience with software engineering tools (i.e., Git/Subversion, IDE). • Familiarity with the Agile development process and tools. • Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Development pipelines (CI-CD Pipelines). • Ability to work in a geographically dispersed, collaborative team environment.
