Division:  Signage Solutions

Customer Account: Raising Cane’s

Location: Field-based (75% travel)

About the Role: The Field Project Manager is responsible for managing on-site execution of signage and architectural installations for Raising Cane’s projects. This role ensures high-quality, brand-compliant installations while delivering a white-glove experience at high-visibility locations. The FPM serves as the primary liaison between AGI PM, Raising Cane’s corporate team, general contractors, and AGI sub-installers.

Core Responsibilities:

Project Oversight

  • Plan and manage field execution, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintain installation schedules and escalate risks to timelines early.

Reporting

  • Track site activities and provide daily status updates with photos using project management tools.
  • Maintain accurate as-built documentation.

Site Management

  • Conduct field visits to high-visibility Raising Cane’s locations requiring white-glove service.
  • Oversee installations at trouble/difficult sites, resolving issues proactively.
  • Coordinate and onboard new subcontractor installers into the Cane’s program, ensuring adherence to brand and quality standards.

Quality Assurance

  • Inspect all signage and architectural installations before completion.
  • Identify and resolve punch items from installation or production issues.
  • Record and report production issues.
  • Assist in delivering improvements to product designs for better quality and installation efficiency.

Technical & Documentation

  • Apply basic construction and technical knowledge, including installation equipment and processes.
  • Document process or signage changes; share field photos and details for installer training and improvement.
  • Provide feedback and visual guides to support installer onboarding and best practices.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as the primary field liaison between AGI PM, Raising Cane’s corporate team, GCs, and AGI sub-installers.
  • Ensure timely communication of site conditions, delays, and resolutions.

Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce job site safety standards and compliance with local regulations.
  • Verify installers meet all insurance and certification requirements.

Vendor & Installer Performance

  • Evaluate subcontractor performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in developing installer training for Raising Cane’s brand standards.

Travel

  • Approximately 75% travel to job sites.
