Overview
The IT ERP Sr Software Engineer participates in analysis, QA, documentation, software support, troubleshooting, system administration, and change control tasks needed to produce reports, business processes, and integrations to support Workday and other information systems. Demonstrates technical leadership and ability to function as a technical project lead. Demonstrates strong leadership and coaching abilities by providing guidance and technical support to other team members.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support Workday reports, integrations, business processes across Human Resources, Accounting, Financials and cross functional domains Assists both internal and external customers in finding solutions to their need for information as it related to the interfacing of disparate applications througout the enterprise, spanning multiple architectures. Creates test plans and performs QA for their and their team's software objects. Implement strategies necessary to reach objectives of the organization through the development and delivery of technology based applications - Collects business requirements, analyzes/designs solutions, provides excellent customer service. Provides guidance to management & staff in planning, designing, and implementing technical solutions within Carle guidelines and technical policies.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $51.01per hour - $87.74per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
