Performs low-volume data entry (including sales order entry), performs basic management of electronic files, accesses information from a computer and/or maintains a computer database, enters data for envelopes, labels, form letters and correspondence, formats and produces documents, and assists/conducts data field accuracy compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience keying/capturing all customer call details/interactions into a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) (Salesforce experience is desirable)
- Dependability and a strong work ethic is imperative to this position
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite with a concentration in Word and Excel
- Ability to navigate several open Internet tabs on multiple monitors
- Computer experience to include simple tasks like copy/paste, find, google search, etc.
