    Job description

    Brady Corporation is looking for an exceptionally talented Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. The Operations Coordinator will serve as the central hub for coordinating project workflows, engineering changes, and daily operational tasks across teams while maintaining the systems and processes that keep projects moving smoothly from development through fulfillment.
    • Coordinate engineering change processes (ECOs/ECRs) and maintain change tracking systems
    • Support agile development processes including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
    • Manage Jira workflows including story creation and maintenance
    • Coordinate office operations including shipments, receiving, deliveries, and supply ordering
    • Track project progress and maintain various operational trackers (First Article, EOL, NPI)
    • Support fulfillment operations including work instructions, customer reports, and system updates
    • Process inventory requests and coordinate with fulfillment teams
    • Facilitate quote comparisons and vendor coordination
    • Maintain project documentation and hour tracking
    • Handle expense approvals and invoice processing for operational purchases
