    Job Description: Glass America Chip Repair Technician Woburn, MA Have you ever thought about a career in the fast growing auto glass industry. We are currently seeking hard working people who are willing to learn new challenges. We offer a comprehensive training program, a personal mentor, and all the necessary tools for you to become a certified auto glass technician.

    Excellent entry level opportunity to make a long-lasting career. Applicants must have a positive attitude, an outgoing personality, and a willingness to learn. Although not required, mechanical aptitude and automotive repair experience is a plus.

    Responsibilities As a Chip Repair Technician, you will learn to professionally repair minor cracks and chips on auto glass in accordance with the AGRSS Standard. Your trainer and mentor will teach you all the techniques the pros use to complete safe, high quality auto glass repairs with a focus on personal safety and outstanding customer service. Qualifications Mechanical ability and aptitude Ability to work independently with little to no supervision Valid Driver's License Clean background check and good driving record Successfully pass pre-employment drug screen Ability to lift and carry large, heavy objects (up to 75 pounds) Ability to stand, bend, crouch, extend and kneel for extended period of time.

    Automotive experience is a plus. Must be able to complete background check/MVR and drug screening process. What Glass America offers you: Full Time (30 or more hours per week) employees enjoy 80 hours of paid time off annually.
