Enterprise Data Center (EDC) is a global organization responsible for the Firm's enterprise data center portfolio. EDC is accountable for the provisioning and management of data centers from initial requirements and construction through rack/stack of technology equipment and asset life cycle management. The Automation & Tooling team within EDC aims to provide and support a toolset comprised of third-party and custom applications. The toolset aims to maximize data center stability and improve the efficiency of the Operations, Engineering and Management teams. We are looking for a BAU support analyst based in Montreal to join the team.
Job functions / responsibilities:
Provide BAU (Business as Usual) support in support of global EDC operations teams
Enter, maintain and monitor EDC operations teams' requests utilizing in-house ticketing system
Perform regularly recurring tasks utilizing run-books
Job Level Specific Duties:
Performs and leads specific delivery activities.
Responsibility for service level and coordination of resources.
Develops and maintains direct customer point of contact for delivery relationships.
Proactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous improvement.
Typical Years of Experience
Typically requires 4-7 years relevant experience.
Minimum Education and Certifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Skills:
Solid organizing and planning skills for deliverables.
Good ability to provide technical support
Good priority setting and delegation skills.
Solid analytical, problem solving, negotiation and communication skills.
Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions:
Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
