  • Assist with project planning, resource tracking, and schedule management.
  • Monitor project compliance with contractual requirements, company policies, and government standards.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in developing presentations, reports, and documentation for customer meetings and program reviews.

  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-4 years of project coordination, program management, or related experience.
  • Experience supporting government contracts or working in regulated environments.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Department of Defense or federal government programs.
  • CAPM, PMP, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certifications.
  • Experience with project scheduling or project management software (Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).
  • Technical background supporting IT, engineering, cloud, or cybersecurity programs.
  • Experience developing performance metrics, dashboards, or executive-level reporting.
