Job description
Project / Construction Manager
Location: Bowling Green, KY
Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Project/Construction Manager to support facility projects involving Building Management Systems (BMS). Candidates with a strong plant utilities background will also be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Manage facility and construction projects related to BMS infrastructure.
- Coordinate contractors, schedules, and project execution.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and startup activities.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing industrial or facility construction projects.
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC controls, or automation systems.
- Plant utilities experience (steam, chilled water, compressed air, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong communication and project coordination skills.
