As a Reliability Engineer, you will play a critical role in maximizing the performance, reliability, and availability of our manufacturing equipment, systems, and processes. In this highly visible role, you’ll use data analytics, reliability engineering principles, and structured problem-solving to identify trends, eliminate recurring failures, and drive continuous improvement across the operation.

Working closely with maintenance, production, and engineering teams, you’ll proactively analyze equipment and production data to reduce downtime, optimize maintenance strategies, and improve the lifecycle performance of critical assets—from startup through full production maturity.

This position may be filled at either the Reliability Engineer or Senior Reliability Engineer level based on the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications.

  • Create test parameters and support validation of engineering solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and GMP requirements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and lead structured problem-solving efforts
