Quality Inspector
Location: Fully Onsite - Clackamas, OR
Overview
We're hiring a Quality Technician to support quality control operations in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. This role focuses on reviewing and releasing raw materials and finished products, supporting production, and ensuring compliance with FDA/cGMP standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, approve, and release raw materials and finished products
- Perform in-process quality checks and basic analytical testing
- Support production with troubleshooting and OOS investigations
- Document non-conformances and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with production, purchasing, and customer service teams
- Assist with audits, investigations, and quality documentation
- Prepare samples for external laboratory testing
Required Qualifications
- Quality experience in food, nutraceutical, manufacturing, biotech, or pharma
- Experience with FDA/cGMP compliance
- Hands-on experience with non-conformances, OOS investigations, and documentation
- Manufacturing or lab environment experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, or Chemistry + 2 years of relevant experience
OR - Associate's degree in related field + 4 years of relevant experience
