    Manufacturing Engineer I

    Location: Irvine, CA - Onsite 5 days/week
    Contract: 12 months, with potential extension or conversion
    Pay: 38.00-42.00
    Benefits: Medical, Dental, Holiday, PTO 401K matching
    We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I to support and improve manufacturing processes for printed circuit board (PCB) production. This role will focus on process engineering, equipment qualification, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
    • Develop, improve, and validate manufacturing processes and equipment.
    • Support PCB manufacturing, Surface Mount Technology (SMT), and selective soldering.
    • Perform and support IQ/OQ/PQ equipment qualification and validation.
    • Troubleshoot PCB manufacturing and testing issues.
    • Analyze workflows, equipment layouts, materials, and production processes to improve efficiency and quality.
    • Develop testing methods and support process verification and validation.
    • Work with equipment vendors, technicians, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
    • Prepare technical reports and maintain manufacturing/process documentation.
    • Ensure processes comply with applicable quality and regulatory requirements.

    Qualifications
    • Advanced degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
    • Experience with printed circuit board manufacturing and process engineering.
    • Knowledge of verification and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
    • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
