What You'll Do
- Perform field inspections on residential and commercial projects
- Review work against approved plans and Florida Building Code
- Document deficiencies with photos and inspection reports
- Communicate with contractors, superintendents, and design teams
- Use mobile tools for real-time reporting
- Collaborate with inspectors, plan reviewers, and operations teams
Requirements
Who We're Looking For
Licensed / Certified Inspectors
- Active ICC certification(s) or Florida Standard Inspector license (Building, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or Residential)
- 4+ years inspection, construction, or code enforcement experience
- Ability to work independently in the field
