Production Operations Coordinator
Location: Atlanta, GA

ARC Document Solutions is seeking a Production Operations Coordinator in Atlanta, GA to support daily workforce operations by coordinating staffing, onboarding, timecard administration, employee support, and administrative processes to ensure efficiency and compliance across the facility. This role serves as a key liaison between leadership, Human Resources, temporary staffing agencies, and employees to maintain smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while supporting workforce and administrative functions.
In this role you will:
Workforce & Staffing Coordination
  • Partner with the Regional HR Business Partner and leadership to support staffing needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for temporary staffing agencies.
  • Conduct resume reviews, interview scheduling, and candidate onboarding activities.
  • Support management of a workforce consisting of both company employees and temporary staff.
  • Assist with staffing schedules and workforce allocation based on business demands and operational priorities.

Onboarding & Employee Support
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and temporary staff, including orientations, documentation, and system access.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, databases, and contract files in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions related to policies, attendance, scheduling, and payroll.

Timecard & Administrative Support
  • Review and approve weekly payroll timecards and attendance records for company and temporary employees.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Review and validate staffing agency invoices prior to submission to Accounting.
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready personnel documentation and records.

Compliance & Communication
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with employees, leadership, staffing partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Support a positive, organized, and productive work environment.

Requirements:
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, HR coordination, staffing, payroll, or workforce administration.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, production, logistics, or fast-paced operational environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of timecard processing, employee onboarding, and staffing coordination.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workforce management systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
