    Job description

    Applied Research Solutions has a new role for a senior program scheduler for the C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI). This division focuses on providing enterprise support to over 110 active Air Force, Air National Guard (ANG), and Air Force Reserve installations and bases. The office also provides technical and policy support and provides C3I infrastructure for the USAF enterprise applications. AFLCMC/HNI is organized into seven branches primarily located at Hanscom AFB MA.

    The position is full-time at Hanscom AFB, MA and is five days onsite.

    Responsibilities

    Duties include, but not limited to: 

    • Communicate and coordinate IMS activities among the functional disciplines within the PMO
    • Provide IMS technical products (e.g., GANTT charts, network diagrams)
    • Ensure integrated schedule management technical support to system acquisition processes and collaborate and incorporate key schedule requirements to ensure mission success
    • Support requirements development, plan preparation and assess ability to achieve results
    • Communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status to the customer, the project team, and management
    • Perform corrective actions as necessary to achieve end result
    • Other Duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

    Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret Clearance

    Education: Bachelor’s degree or master's Degree in a related discipline

    Years of Experience: 10+ years of experience, with at least five years supporting DoD programs and Advanced understanding of scheduling tools to include Microsoft Project

    The expected annual salary range: $145k - $165K. Salary is dependent upon the role, associated responsibilities, candidates experience and qualifications to include education/training and key skills.
