For this position, we are seeking a talented individual to join AIS as a Senior Case Analyst. As your initial project assignment, you will support the unique needs of our client as a Senior Case Analyst. Project Summary AIS is supporting federal customer with a program focused on national security. Key Responsibilities * Tracking, reporting, and managing workflows for the various processes within the organization.
* Data and records systems management, including development and management systems and technologies for filing such information; building automated forms and automation in business process workflows; data collection, cleaning, and entry of key data; and analyzing such data, conducting trend analysis, and developing reporting methods for displaying it for management.
* Data analysis, including evaluation of records to identify both apparent and hidden trends within the data based on direction from management and the contractor's scientific, engineering, and technology subject matter experts.
* Data communication, including development of reports, graphics, and other materials required to explain the analysis and the results of the analysis.
* Advising the Director on data science, including the development of high-level plans and methodologies for data collection, cleaning, and management methodologies, identification of gaps or flaws in the data, and meta-analyses of data quality and support for overall mission requirements.
* Managing and collecting knowledge management resources to capture contract team's deliverables, specifically creating catalogues and meta-data indexed repositories of information and records produced from contract-related work and indexing this information so it is accessible to attorneys and management.
* Training, education, and support, including training new staff on operation of systems, educating all staff on new features, and answering questions and addressing issues from staff associated with operation of the system.
* Providing case information management support to leadership in office management tasks such as developing data inputs and measures for metrics tracking and other operations activities.
* Written products to prepare for, execute, and document site visits to confirm compliance, support for remediation work, and - as necessary - enforcement actions. Required For This Opportunity * Bachelor's degree in public policy, national security, or science, engineering, and technology field
* 5+ years of work experience in a research and analysis position
* Excellent written and oral communication
* Demonstrated ability to conduct independent, data-driven research and analysis
* Proficiency with essential technical tools, including Microsoft Office 365 applications, and SharePoint Online.
* Possesses TS/SCI clearance prior to starting work
* Demonstrated project and team management ability. The targeted base salary range for this role is $98,000-$147,000 per year. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location.
