    The WW Enterprise & Education Sales Business Operations & Planning team is seeking a strategic, analytically driven leader to play a critical role in defining the global planning cadence, driving strategic initiatives, delivering business intelligence, and building world-class infrastructure products. In this role, you will deliver insights that inform executive decision-making, enable sales leadership to drive unit growth and market share gains, and ensure strategic priorities are executed efficiently and effectively at scale.
    Description
    In this role, you will:
    1. Shape and execute operational strategy with the leadership team
    • Partner with Sales and Business Development to operationalize and run sales strategies and business cases, driving in-quarter execution and day-to-day outcomes
    • Deliver insights that inform global Enterprise & Education priorities, modernize decision-making, and influence senior leadership direction
    2. Generate insights through analytics and business intelligence
    • Analyze financial and operational performance to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
    • Translate complex, data-driven analyses into clear, actionable narratives for executive audiences
    3. Build scalable tools, platforms, and infrastructure
    • Own the business vision, prioritization, and governance for key analytics and technology platforms, partnering with Engineering to define requirements and shape internal tools and systems roadmaps
    • Deploy and scale AI/ML-powered capabilities within core platforms and workflows to improve efficiency and execution at scale
    • Continuously improve platform capabilities through hands-on experimentation and integration of new technologies
    4. Scope and scale AI-driven business capabilities
    • Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across Sales, Planning, and Operations to improve decision-making and execution
    • Define business requirements, success metrics, and business cases for AI initiatives in partnership with Engineering and Data teams
    • Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and translate them into practical applications that drive measurable business impact
    5. Lead programs from concept through execution
    • Design and scale strategic initiatives that drive measurable business impact
    • Own the definition, tracking, and continuous refinement of organizational-wide success metrics to evaluate performance and guide course correction
    • Ensure new tools, insights, and operating models are embedded into day-to-day operations across the globe
    6. Drive Salesforce and supply planning excellence
    • Turn pipeline signals into clear supply planning decisions and align execution across cross-functional teams
    • Lead new product introduction (NPI) planning for Business & Education across Sales and Operations
    • Harmonize regional Sales Operations processes by establishing Salesforce as the system of record for pipeline, customer, and operational insights; scale global best practices (pipeline management, account planning, sales plays) to ensure consistency in global roll-ups
    7. Drive alignment across a global organization
    • Influence and align senior Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering stakeholders across geographies and functions
    • Lead and contribute to special projects that shape the future of Apple’s Enterprise & Education businesses
    Preferred Qualifications
    Background in Sales Operations, Sales Finance, Product Management, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, or a similarly rigorous, analytics-driven field
    Deep experience in strategic operations, planning, and execution within Enterprise, B2B, or complex global sales environments
    Demonstrated success leading cross-functional, multi-geography initiatives that span strategy, operations, and technology
    Experience translating business problems into AI/ML use cases, including defining requirements, success metrics, and ROI
    Familiarity with modern data and AI ecosystems (Python, SQL, cloud platforms, LLM workflows)
    Experience partnering with Engineering and Data Science teams to deploy production-grade AI solutions
    Ability to translate executive decision needs into clear data, UI/UX, and technology requirements
    Ability to synthesize complex analyses, stakeholder input, and market signals into clear, actionable executive narratives
    Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and drive multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
    Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility with senior stakeholders
    High degree of ownership, resilience, and attention to detail, with proactivity toward action and impact
    Minimum Qualifications
    8+ years of relevant experience in analytics-driven, strategy, operations, or business planning roles
    Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate data into actionable insights
    Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise, including complex, data-driven analyses
    Demonstrated ability to translate large, complex datasets into executive-ready narratives
    Advanced experience using Salesforce to drive pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and executive insights
    Strong ability to translate demand signals into supply planning and operational decisions
    Strong partnership experience with engineering teams, serving as the voice of the business to influence internal systems, tools, and platform roadmaps
    Advanced proficiency in Tableau (data mining, dashboard design, and development) and SQL
    Experience scoping, piloting, and scaling AI/ML use cases that drive measurable business impact
    Outstanding written, verbal, and executive presentation skills (including Keynote)
    Strong program and project management capabilities, with a track record of delivering multiple initiatives simultaneously
    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
