    We are seeking a visionary Consumer Offer Lead to join our Worldwide Offers and Business Development (WWOBD) team.     The ideal candidate is a strategic powerhouse who thrives at the intersection of complex business analysis, partner negotiation, and global strategy. If you are a top performer who loves turning data into actionable sales strategies and presenting them to top retail and carrier executives, we want you on our team.
    Description
    Global Offer Strategy: Spearhead the ideation and development of innovative consumer promotional offers to accelerate Apple sales across global carrier and retailer networks.
    Market Intelligence & Analytics: Track the global promotional landscape for Apple products. Conduct deep-dive ROI analyses to measure the true sales impact of consumer offers and market trends.
    Executive Partner Engagement: Act as the face of Apple to our partners. Craft compelling, data-driven sell-in pitches and confidently present strategic recommendations to C-level executives at major resellers.
    Playbook Development & Evangelism: Build, continually refine, and champion sales playbooks that synthesize global execution best practices. Partner closely with regional sales teams and Account Executives to ensure seamless rollouts.
    Operational Excellence: Drive the creation of scalable tools, dashboards, and processes to monitor and evaluate offer performance at resellers globally.
    Agile Problem Solving: Lead and execute high-priority special projects as dictated by shifting market dynamics and business needs.
    Minimum Qualifications
    Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in business strategy, commercial planning, or business development.
    Analytical Rigor: Strong financial acumen and advanced business modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable promotional strategies.
    Executive Presence: Demonstrated success in building narratives and delivering compelling, high-stakes presentations to senior-level executives (both internal and external).
    Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to drive alignment and influence outcomes within a highly matrixed, global organization.
    Dynamic Execution: High adaptability and the capacity to seamlessly manage multiple, vastly different work streams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    Preferred Qualifications
    Advanced Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in strategic planning, business development, or commercial strategy.
    Consulting Background: Prior experience in top-tier management or strategy consulting is highly desired.
    Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of global telecom carrier economics, retail margin structures, and consumer promotional tactics (e.g., trade-ins, financing, bundling).
    System/Process Design: Experience designing, building, or implementing performance-tracking tools and sales dashboards from the ground up.
