Location: Broomfield, CO

Pay: $19–$22/hr (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift

A leading manufacturer of industrial air treatment equipment is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join their warehouse and logistics team. This company produces high-performance systems such as desiccant dryers, refrigerated dryers, and air filters.


About the Role:

The Shipping & Receiving Associate plays a vital role in maintaining the flow of materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility. You’ll work in a hands-on environment handling incoming and outgoing shipments, operating warehouse equipment, and managing inventory using specialized software.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
  • Process and prepare outgoing orders for shipment
  • Operate forklifts or pallet jacks to move materials and products
  • Use inventory management software to track, locate, and document stock
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
  • Coordinate with assembly and production teams to ensure timely delivery of components
  • Package equipment securely in accordance with shipping standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED issued in the United States (required)
  • 1+ year of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations (preferred)
  • Proficient with computers and inventory systems (e.g., ERP or warehouse management software)
  • Forklift certification or experience operating powered industrial trucks
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow shipping and safety procedures
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Able to stand, bend, twist, and move in a warehouse/production environment
  • Comfortable working around dust, heat, and ambient factory noise
