About the Role
We are seeking a driven, eager to learn Account Associate to join our dynamic Surety team in Houston, TX.
Key Responsibilities Include
  • Manage all administrative service delivery functions including bond issuance, modifications, renewals and cancellations, invoicing, collections, file and database management, and other related activities.

  • Keep surety filing and database system organized and up to date (Erlon & Applied Epic)

  • Responsible for accurate and timely billing

  • Manage the clients' daily bonding needs, including receipt and review of bond requests.

  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and their underwriters to ensure a high level of customer service and with Account Managers and Account Executives to ensure a high level of customer deliverables.

  • Additional responsibilities as required

Skills & Experience That Lead to Success:
  • Data entry experience as well as excellent interpersonal skills are a must

  • Competence in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Adobe

  • Task and detail oriented

  • Team player with demonstrated professional communication and organizational skills

Additional/Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred

  • Notary License a plus
