About Ally Behavior Centers:

Ally Behavior is a fast-growing autism therapy company, built around exceptional clinical quality and an unmatched family experience. We've grown at roughly ~70% CAGR over the last four years and we're building toward our next chapter: 10x'ing our center footprint over the next five years.

Scaling something this important requires more than plans; it requires leaders who can translate strategy into execution, build durable operating systems, and do the hard, unglamorous work to drive outcomes for kids and families.

This company has been built by investing in high-potential people earlier in their career and giving them meaningful responsibility as the business scales. Many of our leaders have grown into their roles by taking ownership of hard problems, delivering impact, and earning expanded scope over time. This role continues that tradition and it is designed for someone who wants to grow quickly by doing real work that matters.

Overall, Ally Behavior is a dynamic, fun, and rewarding place to work that offers superior growth and leadership opportunities in a supportive, engaging environment. We have a unique and collaborative culture that is driven by our diverse team of professionals and our core values of Serving Others, Treatment Excellence, All One Ally, Resourceful in Finding Solutions, and Striving to Grow. We are looking for someone to help us provide the best possible service to our clients!

Role Overview:

The Regional Operations Director (ROD) is responsible for the operational oversight, leadership development, and business performance of a multi-center region of 5-15+ centers. This role ensures that every center within the region operates safely, efficiently, and in alignment with Ally's standards and values.

The Regional Operations Director serves as a strategic partner to the Regional Clinical Director, jointly supporting high-quality clinical care and strong operational systems. The ROD directly manages Senior Center Operations Managers (SCOMs), ensures regional performance targets are met, and leads cross-center initiatives that support growth, client access, staff retention, and treatment excellence.

This role reports directly to the Vice President of Operations.

  • Must have previous multi-site leadership experience, ideally in healthcare
  • Must be willing and able to travel frequently within the assigned region, visiting each center at least once per month. Many centers may need to be visited more than once per month.
  • Must demonstrate strong alignment with Ally's mission, culture, and leadership expectations
  • Must be able to independently manage complex, multi-center operations and lead through influence cross-functionally and cross-departmentally
  • Must be willing to work occasionally on Saturdays (~6 times per year) to lead department trainings
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
