We are a fully bilingual (Spanish and English) team primarily serving the Hispanic community across Maryland and Virginia. We're hiring an Insurance Sales Representative who is motivated to build relationships, drive production, and grow within a high-performance agency environment. You will work with warm leads, existing clients, and referrals while following proven systems designed to create consistent production and long-term client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn sales, earn strong income, and grow into future leadership roles within the agency.

  • First Year Earnings: $55,000-$75,000 in competitive base salary plus commissions & bonuses
