Job DescriptionEvent Security Guard - Job Fair  Allied Universal is actively recruiting Event Security Guards for a premier annual exhibition at the Toronto Waterfront Fairgrounds this summer! We are looking for successful candidates to have some experience with enforcing regulations, crowd control and responding to emergencies. ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A SMART SERVE CERTIFICATION OR BE WILLING TO OBTAIN ONE DURING ONBOARDING. Preference will be given to those with an existing, valid certificate.  Candidates are encouraged to attend with an up-to-date resume that clearly reflects relevant experience.  Hiring Event DetailsDate: Thursday, July 16th, 2026Time: 10AM - 2PMLocation: 29 Gervais Drive, Suite 200 North York - near Don Mills & Eglinton Ave E Available Positions Event Security Guards (Temporary 3 month contract)> 40 + positions available > Pay rate: $21.00 per hour> End of August to early September > Only paid parking available - best to take the GO/transit> May lead to permanent opportunities after the contract ends Minimum Qualifications

  • First Aid & CPR Certification

  • Computer proficiency (incident reporting, access control systems, email)
