Staffmark Group is currently looking for a bright, energetic and friendly Administrative Assistant to support a busy and highly successful Wealth Management office within one of the most prestigious global financial services firms. The ideal candidate should possess at least five years of administrative support experience from a corporate environment. The role comes with medical, dental, vision, 401K, HSA option, and PTO.
Administrative Assistant position is a 12-month assignment working onsite at our client are responsible for general office support, including but not limited to:
- Calendar management
- Travel arrangements
- Expense reports
- Onboarding support
- Client communication
- Meeting coordination
- Document preparation
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
- Familiar with expense platforms such as SAP Concur
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience supporting high level executives and/or financial advisors in complex environment, preferably in financial services, private sector or government.
