Job Title: Futures Baseball Coach

At All-Star Sports Academy (ASSA) we deliver impact through our mission - "Inspiring and mentoring young athletes to become successful individuals - one game, one lesson, and one player at a time."
Summary:
All-Star Sports Academy is the Greater Philadelphia area's premier organization for developing young athletes through mentorship, instruction, and competition. Since 1998, our organization evolved from one to seven training centers and is a national leader for baseball and softball training with a focus on mentoring young players and emphasizing the benefits of hard work, commitment, and excellent training routines. Our All-Star Tournament Series, a division of ASSA, is the nation's premier provider of guaranteed college exposure events, operating college exposure and non-college exposure tournaments and camps throughout the East Coast.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Professionally represent the Futures Division and mission statement, preparing high school players athletically and academically with the guidance necessary for a successful college experience.
  • Practices twice a week coordinated from our Director of Futures & Futures Coordinator.
  • Tournaments: May - October 2026.
  • Approximately 11 Tournaments.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Sports Management degree preferred
  • College baseball playing experience is required
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Strong desire to succeed
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-oriented
  • Positive, energetic attitude
  • Coaching, teaching, or instructing experience preferred
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Valid Driver's License.
