We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:The Kitchen Supervisor supports the daily operation of kitchen and food service areas to ensure quality food production, sanitation compliance, inventory control, and an excellent guest experience. This position assists with supervising kitchen team members, maintaining food safety standards, supporting event and concessions execution, and helping ensure efficient back-of-house operations in a high-volume environment.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING:Directly align with the venue mission, standards, and core valuesSupervise daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and presentation to ensure quality, consistency, and timelinessAssist in opening, operating, and closing kitchen and food service locations throughout the venueMonitor food quality and portion control on an ongoing basisEnsure proper food handling, sanitation, cleanliness, and compliance with all local and state health department requirementsMaintain clean, organized, and properly stocked kitchen, cooler, freezer, and dry storage areas.Assist with weekly and monthly inventory counts and supply orderingSupport scheduling, training, mentoring, and supervision of kitchen and food & beverage team membersHold team members accountable for safety, service, cleanliness, and execution standards.Communicate equipment maintenance and repair needs in a timely mannerAssist with catering, concessions, and special event food service operations as needed, including setup, service, breakdown, and restockingHelp resolve guest concerns, complaints, and product issues in a professional and service-focused mannerMaintain accurate records related to inventory, food safety, and operational practicesSupport leadership with additional duties and special projects as assignedAll duties as assigned by managementMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:2+ years of food & beverage or kitchen experience in a lead or supervisory role preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong leadership, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to maintain focus and make sound decisions in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentAbility to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and support a team-oriented environmentAvailability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as neededWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds waist highMay be required to stand for extended periods of time and frequently walk, bend, stoop, squat, push, and pullMust be able to work in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat, cold storage, and intermittent noiseWill be required to operate a computer and standard kitchen equipment
