Description:

AdvancedPCB is seeking a reliable, motivated Lamination Operator to join our growing company. The Lamination Operator operates and maintains machines used for manufacturing printed circuit boards (PCBs), ensuring quality standards and production schedules are met. The role involves setting up equipment, performing quality checks, and maintaining a sake workspace.


Essential Job Function:

  • Operate all department equipment, quality checks, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs.
  • Enter jobs into the manufacturing tracking system.
  • Read and interpret shop order to verify that all previous operations were completed, to verify count and to verify quality.
  • Maintain a safe, neat, and organized workplace.
  • Ensure the quality of the panels are meeting the standard of the work order before proceeding the work to the next department.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position requiring available to work during standard business hours and mandatory weekend overtime when needed to meet production goals. Shifts may include weekends when schedule details are provided in advance.


Work schedule is 3rd Shift | Monday night through Saturday morning, 11:00 pm to 7:30 am.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications, Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the printed circuit board industry or any similar manufacturing related industry.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Candidates must be able to read and interpret blueprints and understand job specifications.
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Able to work in a team environment and willing to cross train in other areas.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift to 25lbs.
  • Ability to stand/walk throughout an 8–10-hour shift. Ability to walk on uneven surface.

Compensation:

California Pay Range: $19.00 - $26 per hour USD | DOE


The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
