Job Title Service NOW Developer
Responsibilities
Development and Customization Design develop and implement custom applications and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform
Integration Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and thirdparty applications
Configuration Configure ServiceNow modules including Incident Problem Change Service Catalog and CMDB
Scripting Write and maintain client scripts business rules UI policies and other custom scripts
Workflow Automation Develop and maintain workflows including approvals notifications and escalations
Testing and Debugging Perform unit testing integration testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of the developed solutions
Documentation Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications user guides and release notes
Support Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNowrelated issues and incidents
Collaboration Work closely with stakeholders including business analysts project managers and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Qualifications
Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
Experience Minimum of 35 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
Skills
Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and other web technologies
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and components
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM ITOM ITBM and HRSD
Knowledge of RESTSOAP APIs and integration techniques
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Certifications ServiceNow Certified Application Developer ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or other relevant certifications are preferred
