Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a flexible schedule by determining your own client hours, which allows for a personalized work-life balance.
• Manage and expand your caseload through our marketing support and client referral systems, which are designed to help you connect with individuals who need your expertise.
• Receive client matches tailored to your clinical interests and specialties, ensuring you work with a population that resonates with your practice philosophy.
• Provide comprehensive telehealth services, including timely verification of client insurance benefits through our automated systems to guarantee seamless access to care.
• Utilize digital tools to provide individualized support and ensure both clinicians and clients benefit from an efficient consultation process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LPC with Zenith Wellness Group, you will serve a diverse clientele facing various behavioral health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. You will be an essential component of their recovery journey, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to meet their unique needs, fostering a greater sense of well-being, and assisting clients in achieving their personal goals.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• A Master's degree in Counseling, Professional Counseling, or a related field.
• A professional workspace equipped to ensure confidentiality and patient safety during telehealth sessions.
• Compliance with background checks and all regulatory requirements related to clinical practice.
• Solid understanding of mental health diagnoses and substance abuse treatment methodologies.
• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth appointments, internal communications, and administrative tasks.
• Experience in collaborative goal-setting with clients to achieve meaningful therapeutic outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive assessments and utilize evidence-based treatment strategies, including but not limited to Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• A history of working within a community health clinic or similar setting may be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, adjusted based on caseload and professional experience.
