Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a flexible schedule by determining your caseload and session hours that work best for you, ensuring a balance between professional obligations and personal time.
• Utilize marketing support and client referrals provided by the organization to grow your practice, expanding your reach within the community.
• Clients will be matched with you based on your clinical preferences, allowing for harmonious and effective therapeutic relationships.
• Provide live, customized support to both clinicians and clients to streamline access to care, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Instantly verify client insurance benefits through our integrated systems, enhancing access and expediting the counseling process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Remote LPC, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals managing mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as those facing challenges related to substance use. You will play a vital role in promoting positive mental health outcomes by employing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances, fostering a safe and empathetic environment for healing and growth.

Qualifications

• A current and valid LPC license in the state of Oregon is required.
• A Master's degree in Counseling, Professional Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is essential.
• A dedicated, private workspace that ensures confidentiality during patient interactions.
• Ability to comply with all background and regulatory requirements established for practice.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health and substance abuse diagnoses is critical.

Preferred Experience

• Proficiency in using telehealth technology, video conferencing tools, and other digital communication platforms.
• Experience in collaborating with clients to set and achieve personal and therapeutic goals.
• Familiarity with comprehensive assessment tools for client evaluations and treatment planning is preferred.
