Candidates should be passionate about improving mental health accessibility and have a commitment to fostering positive outcomes for clients.

About the Organization

Zenith Wellness Group is a community-based start-up located in Eugene, Oregon, with a mission to revolutionize the delivery of mental health and substance use disorder treatment. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, we aim to break down barriers that prevent individuals from receiving the care they deserve. Our approach stresses affordability and accessibility, ensuring that high-quality mental health services are available to all members of the community.

Work Environment

As a remote position, this role allows counselors to work from the comfort of their own homes, ensuring they create a private space conducive to patient safety and confidentiality. We prioritize flexibility, enabling our counselors to set their own schedules to balance professional responsibilities with personal commitments, thus fostering a healthy work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate therapy sessions through our integrated telehealth platform, ensuring clients receive continuous support no matter their location.
  • Manage your client caseload by choosing the number of clients you would like to see, allowing for an individualized and adaptable workload.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing team to effectively grow your practice through robust referral systems and promotional support.
  • Utilize our advanced client-matching system to connect with patients whose needs align with your clinical preferences and areas of expertise.
  • Provide comprehensive live support for both clinicians and clients, streamlining care delivery and enhancing the therapeutic experience.
  • Instantly verify client insurance benefits through automated systems, eliminating delays in accessing care and ensuring seamless consultations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a diverse population, including individuals facing mental health issues, substance abuse concerns, and related behavioral challenges. By implementing individualized treatment plans, you will work collaboratively with clients to learn about their unique experiences and help guide them toward achievable goals. Your expertise will significantly contribute to improving the quality of life of those you assist.

Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Professional Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
  • A workspace that guarantees confidentiality and privacy for conducting sessions effectively.
  • Must meet all background checks and regulatory requirements for providing mental health services.
  • In-depth knowledge of mental health diagnoses and substance use disorders.
  • Comfortable and proficient with technology, including telehealth software, video communications, and internal collaboration tools.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in a telehealth setting or with remote counseling methodologies is helpful.
  • Proven record of working collaboratively with clients to achieve therapeutic goals.
  • Experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and using evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.
  • Certifications in evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or similar.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  • Opportunities for professional development and continuing education reimbursement to support your growth.
  • Access to administrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance processing, allowing you to focus on client care.
  • A collaborative and supportive work environment with regular peer consultations and clinical supervision.
  • Professional autonomy to develop tailored treatment approaches based on your expertise and the needs of your clients.
