Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, ensuring a holistic understanding of their needs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans based on assessments, collaborating closely with clients to set achievable goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored for individual, family, and group therapy sessions to foster healing and growth.
• Monitor client progress continuously, employing data-driven insights to adapt treatment strategies as needed for optimal outcomes.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and support, demonstrating agility and responsiveness to urgent client needs.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records, adhering to legal and ethical standards as dictated by mental health regulations.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals to ensure well-rounded, comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Zencare, you will work with a diverse clientele dealing with a wide array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current Maryland state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C) is required.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, able to evaluate complex mental health issues effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of three years of related clinical experience is preferred.
