Job description
Get your hands on something solid! As a Molding Press Operator, you'll be right in the action, shaping strong, fiberglass-based parts that fuel essential industries. From pressing and sanding to inspecting for quality, you'll be the one behind every perfectly crafted component. Our Grand Haven team brings top-tier composite materials to the market, known for durability and precision. Join us, and be part of a legacy of quality.
In this role, you'll tackle each step of the molding process, from press to final finish, working on parts up to 50 pounds. This position requires stamina, attention to detail, and readiness for tasks like lifting, bending, and moving components safely.
We Offer this position (Molding Press Operator):
• Pay Rate: $18 per hour.
• Shift Options:
• 1st Shift: 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday
• 2nd Shift: 3 p.m. – 11:30 p.m., Monday to Friday
• 3rd Shift: 11 p.m. – 7:30 a.m., Monday to Friday
• A $100 bonus for every friend you refer to us, plus an additional $25 bonus for your referral to WSI.
• Weekly pay.
• Pathway to permanent hire with excellent attendance, performance, and attitude.
• One earbud allowed during work hours.
Qualifications for this role include:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for the entire shift.
• Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English.
• Physical readiness for tasks involving twisting, bending, and lifting.
• Focus on safety and quality control.
