IT Project Manager (Clinical Applications)Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology projects supporting clinical applications. This role is highly cross-functional and partners closely with application development, product, and program management teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for multiple technology initiatives

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets

  • Oversee scope, schedule, resources, risks, and deliverables

  • Track milestones and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

  • Identify, document, and mitigate project risks and issues

  • Coordinate across development, testing, and product teams

  • Maintain project documentation and records in project management tools

  • Present project updates and funding requests to leadership forums

  • Ensure quality standards are incorporated into all deliverables

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably with large, cross-functional initiatives

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices

  • Experience working in Agile and SDLC environments

  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Jira Align, and ServiceNow

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • Prior experience supporting healthcare or clinical technology systems
