Job description

Receptionist Seasonal Receptionist
Location: Riverside Michigan
Shift: 8 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday
Pay: $16.00 per hour

Core responsibilities will include:
  • Greeting visitors.
  • Answering phones correctly and politely.
  • Directing drivers and customers to the correct warehouse to be loaded or unloaded.
  • Assisting with small administrative projects as needed.
  • Picking up and sorting mail daily.

What We're Looking For
Qualifications
  • Good problem-solving skills and troubleshooting
  • High School Diploma or GED
Skills:
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy following orders
  • Reliability: Consistent attendance and strong work ethic to support team productivity
  • Computer and multiline phone skills
  • Upbeat personality
