  • Collaborate with our diverse healthcare team, including physicians and occupational therapists, to deliver coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a PTA at our facility, you will primarily work with a diverse population of patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. This role is crucial in providing support to patients of all ages, helping them regain functional abilities and independence in their daily lives.

Qualifications
  • A valid Physical Therapist Assistant license for the state of California.

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a physical therapy environment, ideally within outpatient orthopedic settings.
  • Strong foundational knowledge in therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and patient education methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
  • Ability and willingness to adapt to varying patient needs and work collaboratively within a dynamic healthcare team.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a hospital-based facility is advantageous but not mandatory. New graduates with relevant clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate detailed patient documentation.
  • Knowledge of innovative rehabilitation techniques and emerging trends in physical therapy.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside an attractive benefits package that includes:
