You'll work on production systems used by financial institutions around the world while growing your technical skills through mentorship, collaboration, and hands-on experience. If you enjoy solving challenging engineering problems, building software that customers depend on, and working with a team that values curiosity and technical excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with engineers, business analysts, and support personnel to build reliable and scalable trading software
  • Contribute to system design, implementation, and code reviews
  • Develop and enhance C++ components within the primary trading system and supporting systems

  • 2+ years of professional software development experience
  • Experience working with C++ (professional or significant academic/project experience)
  • Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures
  • Exposure to multi-threaded or concurrent programming concepts
  • Curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and a desire to grow both technical and industry knowledge
  • Clear communicator with both technical peers and business stakeholders
